She is Yukari Yakumo. Arguably the most powerful being in her world. She has the power to manipulate boundaries of any kind. Physical, metaphysical, abstract, doesn't matter. She could dissolve the boundary between image and reality, bringing an artwork to life. If she wanted there to be five dimensions defining space, rather than just three, she could do that. Or, probably most spectacular, removing the boundary between left and right, up and down, the two would be the same of a whole new entity!

However, she probably won't. She spends a good 3/4 of her life asleep.
