Uhh....whipped up a quick tutorial because I felt like it. >D
For those of you unfamiliar with tegaki, it's much like an oekaki, mixed with blogging. (It's a blog that you draw out!) The canvas you work with only has one layer too.
TegakiE: [link] Tegakie IS SO ADDICTING, I have warned you. :3
The community is friendly and very supporting of your fandoms. :'D You can save only 1 picture at a time though. TegakiE has some lag periods too.
Although, there are much more colours on TegakiE then Tegaki Japan. (And I used to think TegakiE had a really small palette of colours... :'D) And the brush is much smoother and less like a pencil brush on MSpaint.
Japanese Tegaki: [link] It has much more features than the english tegaki: [link] The fact that you can save (more than 1 pciture) your work and edit it later is the biggest and most useful though. (Plus you can customize your profile! Joy!)
However, the community is weak (if you're looking for funny comments, RPs, etc) this is not the place. (They are very friendly though, they just don't comment much) Also, you'll lose confidence in your art LOL. xD
However, it's great if you want to brush up on your Japanese, learn some new techniques and challenge yourself with their 16 colour palette and 10 undos, this is the place to go!
Umm...I doubt anyone needs a tegaki tutorial very much, but I wanted to make one because I love tegaki haha.
This was also made in like 20mins, so there's a lotta stuff i didn't cover. If you have any questions please ask!
PS: I'll post the Raichu separately demaaaain. :3
[EDIT] Oh! I forgot to add, you can line your drawing after you're done if you dislike lineless pictures. (it's funny, in tegaki, lineart is the last thing you do opposed to the first. xD)

In response to new features: The dA community stands up to preserve itself and deviously denies further separation between general members and subscribers. Gift givers express dislike for violation of their privacy.
The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
Hello there! This news article is the result of a thumb share thread I posted few days ago on the dA forum along with pictures from my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant.
