Chiara! Toa of Lightning!
Chiara is a bitch and a half. As a very feisty redhead, she gets annoyed with her teammates quite easily which is why she chooses to go solo. She's got the power (no pun intended) to back herself up in the midst of trouble anyway and is known for her devastating and quick attacks. Battles with her will usually end with the landscape being decimated.
Although speedy and powerful, Chiara isn't known for her defense and can be taken down easily with a good, solid blow. This is partially because she refuses to wear a lot of armour since it "clashes with my style." Plus, she would rather be able to move fast and unhindered by "chunks of ugly metal."
Also, one time she put on a full suit of armour and Orde called her fat. He couldn't walk for days after that.

Personally, I'm not too fond of the new characters, but Orde and Chiara are looking prettyy cool.
