I thought my cel-shading skills were waning so I practiced them a bit. This is the first time I've done two layers of shadows in a long time. WTF SHIIINY I KNOW.


And the background was done quite quickly as you can tell.

Oh! This is really pretty, I love how the cell shading came out. x3 Doesn't Vaporeon have some yellow in there somewhere though...?

For the ear fins yeah? I sometimes see either orange or white for those, so i just coloured it white since it suits the blue better. ^^;
